The 1st original issue with:
- blue and white deep groove Blue Note Records - 47 West 63rd - New York 23 labels
- RVG etched in the dead wax, both sides
- P, wrongly called "ear", for Plastylite plant etched in the dead wax, both sides
- 47 West 63rd address with no Inc. on back-cover
- front laminated cover
Media Condition: VG+ (some light scratches but none that are feel-able. a few light scuffs. clean labels )
Jacket Condition: VG+ (Laminated jacket with light surface & edge wear, clear legible spine, name written on back of jacket,  no split seams) Comments: has a generic paper inner sleeve
