I'm not a dealer, but a private collector downsizing my already modest collection and selling off a few duplicates or others that no longer interest me.  Most of my records were carefully hand-selected 25 - 30 years ago.   I do not have nor do I sell frisbees.  Most of my LPs will grade AT LEAST VG+.  I use the Goldmine grading reference.   In spite of varying opinions, I see no reason to use anything else.
