Description

This is an ORIGINAL 1957 CONTEMPORARY RECORDS MONO PRESSING OF THE 1957 LP titled 'Art Pepper Meets The Rhythm Section' from veteran alto sax man Art Pepper and Miles Davis' stellar group.  It is Contemporary Records U.S. catalog number C3532, yellow Contemporary Records labels, thick rigid vinyl deep groove pressing, thick cardboard cover with 2-color back cover.  

Art Peppers 10th album as a leader, recorded on a January 19, 1957 session with the at the time Miles Davis rhythm section, pianist Red Garland, bassist Paul Chambers, and drummer "Philly" Joe Jones.
