ORIGINAL MONO deep groove pressing on Contemporary Records, 1957 of one of the most famous jazz sessions of all time.
with Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and Philly Joe Jones of the Miles Davis band.
Cover: VG+, with some slight surface wear, no seam splits Vinyl: VG++/VG+. Sporadic light surface noise. One scratch on A side that doesn't play. Clean, shiny yellow labels.  This record is often included in Top Ten Jazz albums of all time. Has sold for over $2000

Played this great record again for a prospective buyer and would say that the surface noise is more sporadic or semi-persistent. This is often rated as one of the top ten jazz albums of all time. A good distance from perfect but a solid listening copy without sticks or skips.
