Description
ART PEPPER-ART PEPPER MEETS THE RHYTHM SECTION (1957, Contemporary)
Condition of Cover: VG, some SW, name written on back side small, some faint browning to lower left corner area on back side of cover, some EW.
Condition of Record: Visual VG-/G+, mostly what appear to be sleeve scuffs and hairlines that occur when record inside jacket without inner sleeve over the years. I played record in its entirety listening on headphones for playback quality. Generally, the record plays in a varying shade of VG, with some intermittent light background crackle and occasional flecks of light background surface noise.
Side 1: Tracks 1 & 2 played low VG, Tracks 3 & 4 played VG, Track 5 played high VG. Side 2: Track 1 starts off with a weird background crackle noise that goes away after ~ 3 revolutions then plays VG, Track 2, low VG, Tracks 3 &4 played VG. The playback also depends on a balance of the music playing too, and varies within the track per track itself. There were no skips and the playback was an enjoyable listen for me. This is how it played on my Gemini turntable using a Grado cartridge. Initials written small on one side of record label.
Additional Information: Original. C 3532. Red print and frame box on back side of cover. Mono/High Fidelity, deep groove.

Grading Scale: My grading scale is as follows:
SEALED, M-, NM, NM-, EX+, EX, EX-, VG+, VG, VG-, G+. I do not sell anything lower than G+. My records are visually and play graded to check for accuracy. My VG+ should have little to no surface noise according to my turntable using a Grado cartridge, and my EX gradings are equivalent to Goldmine's VG++ grading, just more descriptive within the grading spectrum of VG++. My M- is open unplayed. My NM and NM- gradings are reserved for items opened once and played. Therefore, records that are often others' NM-, I will default to EX+ (this and high end VG++ records populate the EX+ grading). I generally default to VG on covers if the cover has any noticeable ringwear, surface wear, or seam splits. Please see abbreviation list. If you have any questions, please email me! NO REISSUES UNLESS STATED AS SUCH!!
Payment Methods: Paypal, payment on pickup. For further info, please refer to my "About Me" page.
