CONDITION : Cover is in NM condition (no spine split, no stickers, price in small written on back), and the record is NM minus.
MORE INFO ABOUT LP : Issued in Yugoslavia by RTB, Belgrade record company in 1961. This is 10'' record, first pressing limited on 500 copies. Recorded in Belgrade RTB studio on March 4 & 5 1961. Idea was to bring foreign jazz players and put them in studio with Yugoslavian players. There were recorded three different sessions with different players called MEETINGS IN THE STUDIO. Each record was sold separately and has nothing with other two beside idea and title. Only three 'meetings' were printed. This is second. JACK DIEVAL-piano with his quartet BERNARD VITET-flugelhorn, FRANCOIS JEANNEAU-ten sax, JACQUES HESS-bass, ART TAYLOR-drums are playing with EDUARD SADJIL-ten sax, and PREDRAG IVANOVIC-trumpet on first three song and on second three only J. Dieval and his quartet. And yes Yugoslavian were suposed to play foreign songs and 'guests' Yugoslavian. Not to mention that this is VERY RARE record and in this condition, o la la. BID BID BID this is RARE opportunity, it won't happen very soon again.
