Here's a nice group of psych, acid folk, classic rock and a couple of esoteric soundtrack LPs this week. Arthur Lee/ Vindicator. A&M SP 4356. Orig. US 1972 pressing. Gatefold cover is EX minus (-) due to bottom middle seam split (2&1/2 inches) and some upper seam wear; LP is EX+. Bizarre and compelling solo album from the inimitable Arthur Lee after Love had disbanded. Frantic and intense hard rock with an acerbic and embittered edge to all the songs. From politics to fast food to sex, Lee skewers it all. An overlooked and powerful LP that was left to die at the time of its release. It's very hard to find.
