Description

EMI Records stereo ASD 2644, disc has the early red label with the color postage stamp and no white border.  First label for this issue.  Pressed in England.  "Factory Sample, Not For Sale" sticker on the disc label.  Laminated flipback sleeve.

The Smetana Quartet plays the Haydn string quartet , op. 33, no.3 "The Bird", the quartet op. 64, no. 5, "The Lark", and the Schubert quartet no. 10 in E flat.  See pics for personnel and program details.
