Description

Near Mint condition copy of this rare 1978 release on the HMV label (cat no : ASD 3483) with its original black & white postage stamp label design.

Ida Haendel (violin) performs violin concertos by Benjamin Britten and William Walton with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra conducted by Paavo Berglund.

Overall condition is Near Mint.  The sleeve is just about perfect - clean and unmarked with no tears, creases or seam splits and very little noticeable rubbing/scuffing.   The spine is nice and clean with no nicks or splits and no major creases but there is slight discolouration to the spine and rear sleeve.

The playing surfaces are visibly in Near Mint condition with no visible scratches, scuffs or abrasions.  Playback is excellent with only slight surface noise and no pops, clicks or crackles.

All LP's are posted in professional quality mailers with 2 stiffeners for protection.  LP's are removed from the outer sleeves in order to prevent damage to the spines.  Boxed sets are dispatched in professional, heavy duty cruciform mailers with stiffeners (if necessary - inside and out)
