Description
As follows:
HMV ASD 408
Franck Symphony in D Minor.
Constantin Silvestri.
Original White and Gold Stereo Pressing.
Made In Great Britain.
Condition Vinyl: EX/EX
Fully play tested.
Some light marks and paper scuffs to each side.
There is some static-based crackle and some pops audible, most prominently at the beginning of each side.
Also some isolated ticks and passages of crackle, in quieter passages.
Two repeated ticks near the end of Allegro Lento phase of First Movement (end of Side One).
A few isolated ticks at beginning of Side Two, and a passage of moderate crackle and two isolated pops near the coda of the 'tempo' passage.
Still an excellent quality recording, and a fantastic listen, with no major distortion.
Absolutely no sticks, or jumps.
A professional clean will most probably greatly enhance the playback quality.
Condition Sleeve: EX
Some fading and light wear to the reverse sleeve opening, and minor edge and corner wear.
