Mahler - Symphony No. 1

Paul Kletzki/ Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra

(HMV ASD 483 UK LP 1962)

 

This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve which has a large "Stereo" on the front. It comes with its original polythene lined company "EMI" inner sleeve. 

The record has "white and gold" HMV labels. It has 1st press 2YVH 37-2 and 2YVH 38-3 matrix numbers. This is a very rare and excellent UK Stereo Classical LP. I have some other rare UK Stereo Classical LP's for sale.

 

Sleeve: There is some moderate rubbing wear to the bottom corner tip at the sleeve opening. There is some more moderate rubbing wear at the top corner tip at the sleeve opening also. There is a small green sticker on the rear sleeve. There is some light fading on the rear also. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: Light to mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There is one small 2 cm hairline mark on one side. VG+ condition. The labels are in very nice condition and show mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light or very mild crackle in some of the quieter passages. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to mild wear but no seam splits.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
