Threshold THS 6 - 1972 UK

On sale an original copy of the first and only album by the UK symphonic prog group ASGÆRD, issued in 1972 by the THRESHOLD label and housed in a nice gatefold cover.
The record is currently valued 150 Pounds on 2016 Record Collector Price Guide.

COVER - The gatefold cover is in VG+ to EX condition, with very light wear but there is a large crease on the back, along the opening edgem with a tear that's been carefully repaired from the inside. The seams are solid, side titles are perfectly readable.

INNER - Original white/blue Decca plastic-lined inner, dated 4-73.

VINYL - Bright and shiny with just a few superficial marks, plays well with light surface noise only in quietest parts.
My grading is EX.
Record playgraded using a Shure V15-Type III stylus at 1.5gr.

MATRIX NUMBERS - Machine stamped, XZAL-11607.P-1W and XZAL-11608.P-1W

LABELS - Original white/purple Threshold small size (9cm diameter) labels, in perfect condition with no tears or writing.

In vendita una copia originale del primo album del gruppo inglese di prog sinfonico ASGÆRD, uscito per la Threshold nel 1972 con una bella copertina apribile.
Il disco è valutato 150 Sterline nell'ultima edizione (2016) della Record Collector Price Guide.

COPERTINA - La copertina apribile è in condizioni tra il VG+ e l'EX, con minima usura ma sul retro, lungo il lato di inserimento del disco c'è uno strappo (ben riparato dall'interno) e una piega piuttosto evidente. I lati sono integri e i titoli laterali perfettamente leggibili.

BUSTA INTERNA - Busta originale Decca in carta bianca e azzurra con data 4-73.

VINILE - Pulito e brillante, ha solo un paio di graffi superficiali e suona bene con minimo rumore di fondo nelle parti a volume più contenuto. Valutazione EX.
Disco suonato con una testina Shure V15-Type III del peso di 1.5 gr.

NUMERI DI MATRICE - Stampigliati a macchina XZAL-11607.P-1W e XZAL-11608.P-1W

ETICHETTE - Originali Threshold bianco/viola di dimensioni ridotte (diametro 9cm), in condizioni perfette senza strappi né scritte.
