BLOODY RARE ORIGINAL PROMOTIONAL COPY !!! ...  

In From The Cold is the First and Only Album by the British Hard-Rock Band Ashkan. It was also the Debut Album by the Decca Subsidiary Label Nova, a Label that dedicated to release Albums for the growing Progressive movement (even though Ashkan do not have much to do with Progressive at all). In the United States being released in London's Sire subsidiary. This one is slagged numerous times as being an ordinary and week Album, showing technique and no more than that. And that is not true, the Album is really good, the Vocals are very, very powerful and the Guitar just blows your mind to tiny pieces, for the 52 minutes the Album lasts. Spooky Tooth are related in almost every place on the web to Ashkan, and I can see why, the creation part is quite similar, therefore if Spooky Tooth is one of your favorite Bands, give this a try and you won't be sorry. Bob Weston would later play in one of the incarnations of Fleetwood Mac, even though it was in one of the most Pop-Oriented ones. It was Co-produced by Peter Sherter and Ian Sippin. Best Tracks - "Going Home", "Take These Chains", "Backlash Blues", "Slightly Country" and "Darkness". The Album Cover is quite interesting and inviting, 4 weird Hippie looking guys siting on a wheat field next to an ancient Windmill. Weird, but at the same time, strangely grabbing. Picture Sleeve is visually clean, with wear traces and tear on the right of top edge + original Decca inner paper sleeve with adhesives (see photos & ask for more)

Vinyl is visually clean, with wear traces & marks, but nothing suspect & it sounds really very good !!! (listen to large extracts) 

I don’t use the grading system, because of too many  disputes and different interpretations (some say vg for vg+, some others say nm for ex, and finally, nobody really knows ! That’s why I prefer you to listen to extract, taken directly from the vinyl, and look at pictures which you can enlarge). I describe things such as they are, I try to do it the best I can, but you can ask for any question, then I’ll try to give you the answer as soon as possible ! Just look at my feedbacks !
