Venezuelan Orchestra Present Music was a musical projectdirected by Gastón Irazábal the first steps dating from 1974 andwhose proposal was oriented toward the sounds of jazz,emulating a little to the big band but mixed with contemporary jazz. With the participation of musicians like Gonzalo Mico(guitar), Mariano Tito Jr. (bass), Ruben"Tuty" Jimenez (drums),Freddy Roldan (drums), Henry Camba (first trumpet), Joseph Basil(trumpet), Javier Alquati (trumpet), Rafael Rey (trumpet), HectorVelazquez (first trombone), Albani Castro (trombone), IsraelRebolledo (trombone), José Antonio Rada (bass trombone), CliffHuxford (horn), Eulogio Molina (alto sax) , Roberto Cabeza (tenorsaxophone), Jose Molina (tenor sax), Alfredo Narro (tenor sax),Pablo Rada (baritone sax) and some guests, succeeds in translating his music label in the album Asymmetry (1983) whichbecame their only album and would become a reference diskwithin jazz circles in Venezuela.

The recording is very clean "excellent" with little surface noise on some songs that do not affect sound quality.
