Sono un collezionista di musica da lunga data e ho deciso di privarmi (a malincuore) di alcuni pezzi della mia collezione. Alcuni di questi sono piuttosto rari e alcuni sono cosiddetti  prodotti *non ufficiali* o *promozionali-non in vendita*. Non essendo un commerciante né tantomeno un produttore di questi ultimi, la loro vendita è da intendersi in quanto *oggetti da collezione* (che in effetti sono) provenienti dalla mia collezione privata.

HI! WELCOME TO MY AUCTION!

I’m a long time music collector and I’m going to sell (reluctantly) some pieces of my private collection. Some of these are pretty rare and some are so called *unofficial*  or *promo-not for sale* releases. Being not a professional seller and let alone a producer of those, I’m selling them just as *collector items* (as they actually are) coming straight from my personal collection.

I MIEI DISCHI IN VINILE

Come collezionista io stesso, sono molto sensibile al problema della corretta valutazione del vinile usato. Personalmente uso in modo ASSOLUTAMENTE rigoroso il Goldmine Grading System, osservando attentamente i dischi sotto una sorgente di luce alogena a 50 Watt e, quando possibile e specialmente in caso di dischi particolarmente “importanti”, cerco di fornire anche una valutazione all’ascolto (su impianto “high-end”).

Eguale attenzione viene da me rivolta al confezionamento dei dischi in vinile per proteggerli adeguatamente durante la spedizione.

Il mio intento è di far ricevere all’acquirente il disco nelle stesse condizioni in cui IO vorrei riceverlo da un (buon) venditore.

Vi invito pertanto ad acquistare con tranquillità: riceverete quanto descritto (se non meglio!) e comunque, in caso di errore da parte mia, sono sempre a disposizione per risolvere qualunque problema dovesse presentarsi!

ABOUT MY VINYL RECORDS

As collector myself, I’m very sensitive about used records correct grading issue. I use in VERY conservative way the Goldmine Grading System, looking carefully at records under a 50 Watt halogen lamp and, when possible and specially in case of very “important” records, I try to offer also a playback (on “high-end” audio equipment) grading.

I use same care on packing records to protect them from shipping damages.

All I want is to let the buyer to get the record in same condition I would like to get it from a (good) seller.

So bid with confidence, you’ll get what you expect (or maybe better!) and anyway, in case of a mistake by my side, you’ll always find me there to solve any problem you should experience!

"Originari di Cirigliano, in Basilicata, i quattro fratelli Sanseverino suonavano già insieme in Italia prima di trasferirsi a Rottweil in Germania nel 1973.
Lì ebbero la possibilità di suonare con gruppi come Message, Atlantis e Scorpions, guadagnando una buona fama ed ottime recensioni. Nonostante questo scelsero di realizzare il loro unico album, completamente autoprodotto ed uscito in Germania nel 1976, solo in italiano, e con uno stile diverso dalle produzioni di quegli anni. L'album infatti è in stile hard rock con leggere influenze progressive, e mette in evidenza la chitarra distorta di Mimmo Sanseverino. Il forte accento dialettale del cantante è una delle caratteristiche di questo disco, che è molto ben suonato e comprende sei lunghi brani di lunghezza variabile dai 5 minuti agli 11:15 di La luna. Il disco purtroppo non ebbe alcun seguito, e furono poche le copie vendute, per la maggior parte direttamente dal gruppo. I fratelli Sanseverino sono rimasti tutti in Germania, dove vivono tuttora. Uno di essi, Leonardo, è morto nel 2006. Questo gruppo non va confuso con un altro di nome Atlantide, di origine francese, che realizzò l'omonimo LP nel 1976 per la Crypto".

"Coming from Cirigliano, Basilicata, in Southern Italy, the four brothers Sanseverino already used to play together in Italy, before moving to Germany, in Rottweil, since 1973. In that country they supported such major bands like Message, Atlantis, Scorpions, gaining a good live experience and press reviews. Despite all this they decided to release their self-produced album, only issued in Germany in 1976, singing in Italian, and with a very different style from the typical production of the time, being a hard-rock album with very small prog influences and based on the good fuzz guitar playing of Mimmo Sanseverino. Italian listeners will find the singer's strong dialect accent a bit disturbing, but the record is very well played and includes six long tracks varying in length from 5 minutes to the 11:15 of the long La luna. The album had no commercial success at all, and was sold in very few copies, most of them directly from the band members. The Sanseverino brothers all stayed in Germany, where they still live. One of them, Leonardo, died in 2006. This group has nothing to do with another band called Atlantide from France, that released an eponymous LP in 1976 on Crypto". (from ItalianProg.com site)
