Hi, I started collecting vinyl Lp's and 45's in 1971, I have 20,000 + which I have moved now 4 times, and about to move again next year. So it's time to let at least half go. Most are in at least Excellent condition.  I can't listen to them all, so most will only have visual grading, any with a high start price, I will listen too, and play grade.

***I TRY TO BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE IN MY DESCRIPTIONS, SO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST SO WE CAN SORT THE ISSUE OUT ***

ALBUM INFO:

This is their third studio album on PEGASUS in August 1971 the Uk 1st PRESS of ATOMIC ROOSTER's ....IN HEARING OF......I have rarely seen a better vinyl hardly played. With A1 U/ B1 U  Matrix Numbers and G H MOTHERS. Now 43 years old I would say is impossible to find in this condition. The album is the third and last featuring John Du Cann, and his amazing guitar solo's, released just after their biggest hit, Devils Answer, all 3 early albums are true Heavy Prog Classic. The rest of their catalogue, with different band members never quite lived up to their classic line up! In 1971 most people owned the old fashion type of Radio Grams, I don't need to tell you how many Lp's got scratched and ruined by heavy weighted arms and metal needles.  This is the ORIGINAL UK 1st PRESS version... So hard to find in any playable condition, as they have been squirrelled away in collections or worse thrown away, Nearly all copies that turn up have terribly worn Covers, mostly with the owners name written on them. I believe that there are very few better rock albums, you would be hard pushed to find better.

VINYL AUDIO:

Excellent Plus,  Great LOUD playback No distortion, No Jumps, Bright Clear Sound.

VINYL VISUAL:

Excellent+ Near Mint  . THICK QUALITY Vintage vinyl UK First Press,  under bright light, hardly a surface mark/hairline to be seen, one small blemish and shows very little signs of being played. Stunning Visually.

SLEEVE:

Excellent . One of the most notorious for massive record impression/ringwear, my copy has minimal ring wear, Look at the photo's! The unlaminated gatefold cover is just a gem, has just a small amount of edge  wear, please look at the photos, as I think they show just how good the cover is.....Hard to think it's 43 years old! it's in great shape. (Back) somehow it has survived without picking up any staining or writing, as a lot of albums have owners names in biro on them, rare in this condition as they were not cheap at the time at £3.+ the average wage being £35 at the time. Most copies were played to death. This Sleeve is in amazing condition.

INNER SLEEVE:

EXCELLENT. Original paper type, ... being the very fragile inner sleeve is a great indicator of the amount of usage the album has had. I would say the inner is excellent and considering how fragile these are there, pretty good.....they are 43 years old, quite unbelievable intact condition.

LABELS:

Clean, light spindle marks, no damage or writing

GRADING SYSTEM: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, I have added a (+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

PAYMENT:

Items must be payed for within five days. If non payment within five days, I will then instigate an Ebay ruling. I will set up a dispute and either offer it to the runner up bidder or relist.

RETURNS POLICY:

I aim to provide an excellent service and hope that all buyers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason this should not be so, please contact me. I do accept returns, and on receipt of the item I will give a full refund - however - I will not refund what it costs the buyer to send it back, as otherwise I am just paying for the customer to look at it. I will not issue a refund if detail that is clearly stated on the advertisement has been missed by the buyer, so please read carefully.

PACKAGING:

I use preformed and standard mailers with stiffeners. I always take the vinyl out in its inner sleeve and place on top of the cover. This is then placed into a soft protective sleeve and packaged with stiffeners for full protection.
