Description
ATOMIC ROOSTER in hearing of PEGASUS LP PEG 1!
Original UK LP with ‘gatefold sleeve’ and original paper inner sleeve.
Labels are ‘Textured’.
Released in 1971 on the PEGASUS label.
Catalogue number: PEG 1.
Matrix numbers read:
A-Side: PEG 1A – 1U.
B-Side: PEG 1B – 1U.
Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD+/VERY GOOD+ CONDITION (*Plays FINE, mostly EXCELLENT)
Clean solid sleeve, displays a small light back sleeve indent mark and some light superficial sleeve wear.
Sleeve corner has a light bump on top right hand side, leaving a light raised sleeve impression and some light superficial creasing on the corresponding back sleeve corner.
All spine print is clean, clear, intact and fully legible.
Middle gatefold sleeve’s appearance is clean and virtually intact, apart from slight raised impression from corner bump mentioned above.
Middle sleeve grades EXCELLENT.
Sleeve has no rips/tears, no major edge wear (partial hints on top/bottom edges), no seem splits, no writing and no deep lined sleeve creases.
Sleeve grades VERY GOOD+ condition.
Inner sleeve has light superficial/handling wear, with no major defects, grades VERY GOOD+ condition.
Textured labels are clean with a few small faint spindle hole trail marks on both sides
Surfaces retain the immaculate full original glossy sheen.
Displays two small, smooth, soft surface scuffs/marks (scuffs/marks are non-sounding).
One is on the A-side, at 11 o’clock, on part of the second track (5mms) and one at 12 o’clock on the B-side, on the first half of track one (2cms).
Record grades visually as in VERY GOOD+ condition.
*Record plays FINE mostly EXCELLENT on both sides, emits mainly a clean sound with no loud/audible background crackles/clicks or pops.
Record does emit some odd occasional low level passing ticks in a few places when played, however, overall this is relatively minor.
