AUDIENCE Audience LP 1969 UK Polydor 1st Press ULTRA RARE!

Label:- POLYDOR

Catalogue: - 5083065

On offer here is an ultra rare 1969 1st UK press. Matrix A1/B1 This album sold in tiny numbers on release and was soon withdrawn hence it's rarity. It comes in the extremely fragile matt finish soft-card sleeve

Vinyl: - VG+ (vinyl retains deep shine but has few light hairlines and one slighty more visible than the the rest.)

TEST PLAY. Three noticeable clicks in the first few seconds of the opening track. The rest of the album has the occaisional soft background click now and then but nothing serious. Overall sound quality was excellent, crisp and detailed.)

Sleeve: - VG (Some light grey spots and smudges. Spine is okay and text can be read but this is very faint due to the fact the print does not stand out well against the black sleeve. There is only the very faintest of edgewear and ringwear which is rare for this sleeve. I have made these photos extra large so you can see as much detail as possible. This is one of the most delicate sleeves around so will hardly ever survive without some wear or marking. The labels have spindle marks that are for some reason darker than the usual and look almost like pencil marks. This again can all be clearly seen in my photos.)

This record seldom comes up for sale. Dont miss your chance

GRADING ABBREV DESCRIPTION MINT M The record is as new. The cover and any inserts should be in perfect condition.
Many Dealers do not use this classification as A record is unlikely to arrive through the post in truly mint condition. EXCELLENT
PLUS
EX+ The record is near-mint, there is no damage or visible surface marking. Under Bright Light you may see fine lines on the record, caused by rubbing on the paper sleeve. Reserve this grade for records where you have difficulty spotting anything wrong.
The Cover and inserts are undamaged. EXCELLENT EX The record may show some signs of having been played, possibly with light surface marks or fingerprints but there is no appreciable lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. EXCELLENT
MINUS
EX- There may be fairly visible surface markings under bright light but the sound quality of the record is not adversely affected.
The Cover and inserts may have noticeable light creasing or "foxing" due to dampness but they are all present and intact. VERY GOOD VG The record has obviously been played a lot, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite surface marks and some light scratches. Also Use this grading where the record has suffered perhaps one more visible scratch, but is otherwise in EX or better condition.
The cover may be creased a little and/or frayed at the opening. You should itemize any more serious damage such as tears.

I also use +/- if I feel a record comes between a grade
