Description
This LP is a great prog psych album.
It's entitled 'Audience' by Audience. It is on the UK Polydor label and was released in 1969 and the catalogue number is 583065. It is becoming very rare now. It's the band's first LP and is a stereo recording.
OUTER SLEEVE - The sleeve is very delicate but is generally in fine condition. There is some wear on the front, rear, edges and spine. The sleeve is matt black and someone has filled in one or two minor tears with black marker pen. This does not detract from the overall quality of the sleeve. the wording along the spine is 80% readable. I've graded the sleeve Ex-.
INNER BAG - This is a plain white diecut paper type with a polythene lining .
RECORD - The record is in fine condition. It looks clean and appears to have been played only a few times. There are some very superficial marks on either side which do not affect the quality. It plays very well on both sides with some minor surface noise and some occasional pops and clicks on both sides. These blemishes do not detract from the overall quality of record. There are no jumps on any of the tracks on either side. I've graded the record as Ex-.
LABELS - The labels are the usual UK red Polydor type with black and white wording. The label on side one has some light marker pen writing on it. There are minimal spindle marks on either label. The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - 583065 A//1V 420 11 3 - side two - 583065 B//1V420 11 2.
I try to grade everything very conservatively and I believe that the winner of this auction will not be disappointed. I guarantee everything I sell. It will be difficult to find this first pressing again in such beautiful condition.
