Original Italian pressing on the AGUAMANDA label (AG 9018), from circa 1976. Superb, double-sider by the cult arranger and singer with funky backing band. The music on this private press item is not available on any of his cult Lps and was only ever released on 7-inch format. Top Brazilian samba funk with vocals sung in both Portuguese and Italian / infectious scat and sexy female backing singers. Great for DJs. SCIA CATTAEN SCIA ME I FA I TAGGIAEN sounds like a homage to maestro Jorge Ben with funky cuica / cowbells / groovy orchestra and Rio de Janeiro night-club / discotheque groove. BUTTA LA PASTA SENORA has that desirable Franco Godi TV advertising sambossa sound. Seldom comes up for sale. Big record with Japanese collectors who know it. Weird artwork picture sleeve too. Rare 45!!!

Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG++ condition with a few light scuffs and hairlines. Some light surface noises. The textured picture sleeve is in strong VG++ condition with some ring creasing from storage. Minimal corner wear. Small, archive number to front and back sleeve. Rare 45!!!
