This is a brand new factory sealed 12" LP record. Cardboard cover is in near mint condition. Vinyl is in near mint condition. Include is 8" x 10" signed glossy photo in excellent cosmetic condition. Very rare photo indeed and will be outstanding to any serious collector. Both cover / record are being modestly graded.Records Grading: All records / covers are graded from Near Mint, Excellent and Very Good on a grading scale. No such thing as mint condition record unless it has been Certified by a legit company, however a record can be unopened, never played, factory sealed, and NOS, however it doesn't make it mint. Anything less then Good condition I don't sell.
