KISS Crazy Nights PROMO album AUTOGRAPHED by GENE SIMMONS and PAUL STANLEY
Cover: Very Good + +, only because of the bends in the top right and bottom right corner. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley autographs are beautifully hand signed on the back cover over their respective photos. NO Edge wear and SUPER LIGHT ring wear.
Sleeve: EXCELLENT! NO slits in the sleeve and very nice save for some bends/folds.
Disc: Near Mint + +, EXTREMELY nice and possibly NEVER played. I have not played this record myself EVER! This item is untested.I have owned it since approximately 1988 when I bought the Promo record at a second-hand record store in Southern California.
This is a Promo copy of KISS Crazy Nights album that I purchased used at a second hand music store in the Los Angeles area where Promos were occasionally found, in the late 80s. This record had been a prime jewel in my personal KISS collection and when I learned that Gene and Paul were going to be on KQLZ Pirate Radio in Los Angeles, approximately 1989, probably out promoting the release of the Hot In The Shade album—I took this album down there and waited in the alley behind the studio where a limousine was waiting near the back stairs. Me and three friends waited there and along with a few other people who knew of this opportunity that soon awaited. When the back door opened and Paul emerged with his acoustic guitar and Gene emerged with a couple of women, we all shouted out to them and were well received! Gene and Paul stayed there in that alley until all of us had everything signed that we brought. For us, this was an event and a great day, much better than what our high school had in store for us as we ditched that day to do this and then hang out in Hollywood for the rest of the day. Once I got my newly signed album home, I admired it and held onto it as a prized piece of my collection for over 30 years!
There are some bends at the outer right corners of the cover and inner sleeve unfortunately. Otherwise, this cover, sleeve and vinyl disc are NEAR MINT++! NO edge wear, SUPER LIGHT ring wear, NO scratches on the vinyl that I can see. The disc has NO damage.
I will also provide an account of this event when I personally had this album signed that you can retain for your collection. There is no COA, but I am the one that had this album autographed. Thank you for looking!
