AUTOGRAPHED/SIGNED by Ronnie James Dio and Geezer Butler on the front cover in blue ink. Toledo, Ohio radio music director obtained the autographs at their concert in Toledo on November 28, 1981. Tour pass is affixed to the front cover. The record plays without static, has absolutely no flaws at all, clean labels. The cover was a promo (obviously) so it has a cut corner. It is glossy with only a couple slightly scuffed corners.
