An amazing album - way superior to most of the big name British psych monsters and musically so much more stimulating with genuinely quirky, angular arrangements and ringing guitars everywhere, layered with psychotic fuzzed-out leads - long mesmerising passages of restless, constantly changing composition and that manic, piercing, spiralling fuzz busting out all over - superb dreamy vocals, the odd wave of lush strings, atmospheric percussion, nimble bass guitar and hyperactive drums with a liberal dose of strange effects and spoken interludes for good measure - everything chimes and soars with crystal clarity - the equal of any psychedelic monster you care to put a name to!
