One of Keith Johnson’s finest recordings, EILEEN FARRELL SINGS TORCH SONGS is a great audio capture of the opera singer’s vocal jazz work.

Here she delivers with aplomb STORMY WEATHER, ‘ROUND MIDNIGHT, BLACK COFFEE, GET OUT OF TOWN, THIS TIME THE DREAM'S ON ME, and WHEN YOUR LOVER IS GONE, among others.

A super-analogue recording of the highest order, monitored, by the way, through Duntech Sovereign II loudpseakers and Quad electrostatics.

Gatefold cover is crisp, like new, as is the record.  Near mint, perhaps better in playback.

Absolutely, positively not to be missed.
