Description

  AXTL 1036-41 *BACH - WELL TEMPERED CLAVIER **TURECK ++ VERY RARE BRUNSWICK 1st UK 6LP INTEGRALE SET ++++++++++ Excellent and highly sought after reference recordings featuring ROSALYN TURECK (piano). Brunswick maroon/gold label 1st UK release. 6lp set.

CAT. NO. AXTL 1036-41 on Brunswick Records

The sleeves are all in VG++ to excellent condition with minor discolouration apart from AXTL 1041 which is VG++ as it has a rub on the spine (not split). The vinyl is overall in about VG+ some better than others - over the 12 sides there are several small marks and scuffs but no big scratches. All sides play with some surface noise, less on some sides than others - a few deep cleans may improve some of this. Still an enjoyable listen of what is a very rare set with sublime playing.
