Unclaimed /Overdue Storage left in a Self Storage unit
Sold As Is.
Inspection is Highly Recommended Prior to Bidding, Description & Photos Should Be Used as a Guide only. No appointment required. Just call in at the address during opening hours as stated below.

**We require a $250 cash deposit when you come to collect the goods.
Once the unit is clear & all the contents are out, we will refund the money back to you.

Contents inside the Storage unit that are of any personal property in nature and that have no monetary value ie Digital files of any personal photos, computer hard drive, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, photos, papers, etc must be left at the storage facility for the return to the debtor.
