Original with 3 tones of yellow and orange label, deep groove. Abbey Lincoln sings on 8 tracks. She is accompanied by Max Roach, drums; Coleman Hawkins, tenor sax; Eric Dolphy, reeds; Mal Waldron, piano; Booker Little, trumpet; Julian Priester, trombone; Art Davis, bass; Walter Benton, tenor sax. Tunes include "Blue Monk" with lyrics by Lincoln.
Cover: VG++ Intact and clean with light edge wear and light aging on the front and back cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. No markings on the vinyl surface. Possibly played only a very few times with care. On Track 3, Side A, there are 5 or 6 repeting clicks with 3 or 4 additional clicks on that track. There are 1 or 2 clicks on Track 1, Side B in 2 places with 4 or 5 additional clicks on that track. I have detailed the light noise, however, overall this is minor. There are no indications of any marks on the record surface. Overall, fine sound, close to Mint. Audibly checked.
