PCS 7088 Stereo, No Her Majesty VG+
THE BEATLES Abbey Road (1969 UK first issue 16-track LP without 'Her Majesty' credit on sleeve and label Side 2, fully laminated picture sleeve. Rare original UK first press from 1969 UK dark green Apple label, 16-track MONO LP with An E.M.I. Recording” text on two lines and small “33 1/3” text moved to the left side. Publishing year printed with small copyright symbol (p) label credit. The laminated sleeve cover in VG condition. This copy has an original Apple white inner sleeve. A highly respectable VG copy of this most sought after Stereo original the last Beatles studio records!

Vinyl: Very Good + (Audio - Playback Tested on Both Sides): Visually rated EX. No surface marks of concern. The record has retained its lovely clean shine and the vinyl is lying flat on the turntable. A few minimal light hairline surface marks visible in bright light. Plays Very Good +! Minimal crackling in places, no loud noise, there are also some louder clicks and pops, but let's not forget that this is used vinyl that is over 55 years old and these are normal things. I have listened to both sides of this album and there are no skips, sticking or warps.
Cover: Very Good +! Minimal aging is visible, but nothing detrimental or disturbing to its overall appearance. The most noticeable wear on the front is a handful of small creases in the laminate, scattered around the edges, plus some slight shaping to the outer ring. The back is in perfect condition, no worn outer ring, just a few small creases in the laminate, have alignment apple. The colors are clear and vibrant, the spine is in excellent condition, fully legible.
Labels: Labels: Excellent! Dark green, clean labels with no writing, marks or tears, no scratching around the center hole. Excellent condition. The label has no credit to Her Majesty on side 2. As far as I can see, there are some light spindle marks around the center holes, visible in bright light, which leads me to believe that this album has been played many times, but well and carefully.
Inner sleeve: Excellent. After 1966 Apple Records has used different types of inner sleeves from EMI, depending on the year of edition. This record have Original standard EMI white plain inner sleeve with “PATENT NO 1.125.155.” on the bottom left side and “MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN” on the right side.
The Beatles - Abbey Road. An amazing studio album by the band, unfortunately and the last of their recording career, although it was released before their album Let it Be.
