Description
This is the rare first pressing of South African psych folk-rock outfit`s debut album on Uptight Records, catalogue number STIC 101. Packed with some great ensemble interplay between original Freedoms Children guitarist/sitarist Kenny Henson and saxophonist/flautist Sean Bergin- at times reminiscent of early Jade Warrior/Gravy Train but a bit more free form jazzier.
Despite obvious light scratches, scuffs and marks this album plays very well ; there are a few light clicks and pops plus some surface noise at the beginning of a some tracks but still very playable. I would graded this as VG+ as per description below . Sleeve: as usual with other records of this time from South Africa, the cover lamination was put on too tight, resulting in bubbling and warping of the lamination, especially on the front and there is some loss in places. I have graded it VG to VG+ at a stretchbecause of this. The back is in fairly good condition and would be graded VG+
Even with it`s faults this is a great collectors item and is a must for global prog rock fans.

Records grading
NEAR MINT : Record will look and play nearly as new.
EX+ : Record may have slight visual defects and have one or two very minor light scuffs which dont affect play
EX : Record has minor scuffs or may have one or two very slight marks, might play with one or two light pops or clicks
EX - : Record may have some slight scratches and one or two light marks but nothing too deep. Plays with slightest crackle in places or one or two quiet pops or clicks
VG+ : Record has light scratches and will have marks that sound but generally still sounding strong with a few clicks and pops.
VG : Record has scuff marks/scratches which effect play with many clicks and pops.
GOOD : Record has many marks and scratches and will effect play and sound terrible, record might be cracked and will be mentioned in listing.
Shipping- All vinyl records are packaged outside of the covers in new soft plastic anti static inner sleeves to avoid seam splits, wrapped in special bubble pack material , placed between top and bottom LP sized cardboard sleeves and then packed in custom made vinyl boxes.
Standard International airmail postage costs from South Africa to the rest of the world are high and do not carry a tracking number. Single LP shipments are $20, additional LP`s cost an extra $6 each. Delivery time is generally 11-23 days. Should you require a tracking number we suggest using a courier service, prices on request. Please refer to the International Shipping section for the actual cost to your region. NB It is not $4 as indicated in the US shipping section. Custom valuation stickers are available on request.
NB We have been experienced a 4 month postal strike in South African and this has negatively affected delivery of orders. There is a back log which means there may be a delay in receiving your order within the normal 11-23 day window.
