Description

This is part of a big auction of mainly Specialty Records 7" 45's. Specialty recorded many great artists in the blues, R&B & gospel genres among others. All of those will be represented. There will also be a nice selection of rare bonus listings.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1956


Notes: Yellow label first pressing. The only single credited to this group name specifically. Good stuff here, very solid piano-based R&B with great vocals. The b-side track was apparently first recorded in 1918.


Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape, one S shaped hairline on Liza that DNAP. Looks very clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all.  Labels are nice with original gloss & no tearing/stickers, but there is some light scuffing. Nice copy overall.
