Description

Here's a very nice and ultra-rare copy of Acid Ranch's "Acid Ranch As Forever: A Manifesto Of Fractured Imagination And Wreckless Living" vinyl LP. As you surely already know if you're viewing this listing, this is a side project of Robert/Bob Pollard, of Guided by Voices fame. Here's some more info from Discogs:

"Recorded in the early to mid 80s. 525 copies pressed. Each cover features a hand made screen over an already released album cover.* Back cover has a hand pasted lyric sheet. Inside LP has no label on the vinyl."

* In this case, it's a copy of Boston's "Third Stage."

Cover is VG with a 3" seam split on the top and a promo cut in the upper left.

Vinyl is EX.

I grade visually and conservatively under a bright light, according to the Goldmine guidelines. If a record is "on the cusp" (between VG+ and EX, say), I tend to choose the lower grade. As a collector myself, I am all too familiar with the frustration of buying a record graded "NM," only to have it arrive at your house all scratched-up, so I err on the side of under-grading. And if I make a mistake somehow and you are unsatisfied with a record's condition, you can rest assured that I'll feel terrible about it, and will do whatever I can, within reason, to ensure your satisfaction.

I offer "combined shipping x infinity" (see below).

I pack in sturdy cardboard LP mailers. When shipping, I will package the record outside of the cover, so as to avoid seam splits. If the original inner sleeve is printed or otherwise fancy, I will ship the record in a plain inner for protection (and the fancy sleeve will be in the package, of course!)

Shipping within the US is $4.00 via media mail, $9.50 via Priority. This includes delivery confirmation and online tracking. * Bonus* - If you choose the media mail option within the US, not only will I combine shipping, but I'll combine it for an infinite amount of records. In other words, shipping would be only $4 no matter how many are in the box. It's a win-win: you get cheap shipping, and I don't have to pack as many boxes!

Shipping to Canada is $12.50. Elsewhere internationally (except for a few places--see below*), including Western Europe, Japan and Australia, it is $19.50

*If you live in Italy, Russia, Greece, China or Brazil (or other places outside of Western Europe), shipping will likely be very expensive, although please contact me to make sure, because I may allow exceptions. This is because I have had trouble with packages either taking a very long time or never arriving at all, and this is how much it costs to get it tracked and insured. I am very sorry about this; I just want us all to be protected!
