Pre-Guided by Voices band featuring Robert "Bob" Pollard, his brother Jim, and "Mitch" Mitchell, recording from 1981-82 as Acid Ranch.  Some Of The Magic Syrup Was Preserved is their 1st release from 2002, issued only as a limited edition vinyl double LP w/ a color booklet from Recordhead, Luna #52, Fading Captain Series #19, long out of print and never re-issued again.
I am the original owner and I've probably listened to it once, so the collection is still in very nice condition. The 2nd disc has a slight printing imperfection at the beginning of both sides, bigger on Side C, adding some crackle to the 1st minute or so on each side. The booklet is included but has light wear, a few finger dents to the cover and a little ding to the top left corner. Otherwise the set is like new. I opened the original plastic seal at the side but left it on to protect the cover.

Comes inside clear poly sleeve to protect the factory seal, this item will be packed with care.
