This is a strange rare copy. I have never seen another one. It is 100% original factory sealed (see picture 4 & 5. has factory "breather" hole). But has the 45RPM taped to the inside of the sealed record. Maybe a promo copy. 


Vinyl: (MINT) Sealed

Sleeve: (Near Mint) had hype sticker and 1"x3" of shrink is torn back on front.
