Description

You are bidding on a first pressing of Adore by the Smashing Pumpkins on Caroline Records. Vinyl is clean, glossy and beautiful. Mint copy, except for a tiny scuff in the opening grooves on one side (see image closeup). But it does not affect playback in any way, because the scuff ends before the music grooves begin.

This is an extremely rare MONO mix of the album that must be heard to be believed. It sounds so forward and woody, if that means anything to you. This album in particular lends itself so well to monaural because it’s so haunting to begin with. I own the reissue too, and this absolutely blows it away.

All sleeves, inserts and cover are in excellent condition. There’s a small crease on the cover and a minuscule cardboard fray on the top of the cardboard (both flaws pictured) This is a collector’s item and will only increase in value. A true investment!! Get it while you can.

This item was purchased new and played only once on an audiophile grade turntable, and only a couple of songs were played. It is from a smoke-free, pet-free home. All of my records are meticulously cared for, stored and handled perfectly. Good luck, everyone.
