Description
Aerosmith "AEROSMITH" 1973 very first album, very first cover, with misprint, in shrink, cover is in solid VG++ / EXC condition, clean and straight with no seam splits (bottom and top mouth corners have slight balding); record is EX on both sides, glossy (some slight sleeve scuffs), matrix numbers are 2E / 2A, comes with the original inner sleeve in EXC condition, note that this cover is hard to find in shrink / top condition. This is part of the first group of pressings which features a unique cover (modified for all subsequent pressings). The photo is smaller and in the center of the cover. There are two unique song title features: "Walkin' The Dig" (should be "...Dog") is misprinted on back of sleeve, and "Write Me" appears on sleeve and label. Other interesting things include the band's biography text on the back cover which was removed on all later covers as it referred to acid busts, etc. Also, the song "Dream On' is on this album 3 years before it became a hit!
