Just played on my Denon turntable. I rate/price LPs on sound mostly - then cover, inserts, LP sleeve, etc. I care about the sound the most. Original 1976 US LP on COLUMBIA RECORDS AEROSMITH "Rocks" PCQ 34165 This is a QUADRAPHONIC pressing: SQ

Here are my gradings:
NM, EX, VG+, VG and G for the LP, the cover and the sleeve/any other things included with the LP.
NM - LP/cover/sleeve looks/sounds as though it is close to the first few times.
EX - LP looks/sounds great, there's something in the looks/sound that drops it from NM.
VG+ - LP looks/sounds fine, but may have small defects, pops, background noise and/or the cover/sleeve/insert may not look perfect.
VG - LP looks/sounds fine, but you’ll see/hear more defects than a VG+.
G - the collectible value is great enough that the LP is worth owning as a filler copy.
Vinyl: VG+ - Sounds way better than it looks! Cover: VG - see photos. LP Sleeve: VG - Original LP sleeve - has splits on all sides. Notes on sound below:
Side #1: Slight surface noise, mostly in-between tracks or during quiet sections - and if you now this LP, you know there's not too many quiet sections! Side #2: Slight surface noise, mostly in-between tracks or during quiet sections. Most noticeable between "Sick as a Dog" and "Nobody's Fault".
LP has been cleaned and play tested. I pack carefully and ship in a new or used, but in good shape, LP mailer with the LP outside the original cover.
The LP plays through fine - NO SKIPS!
Some hardware/software, or a better cleaning, may eliminate more of the noise.
These results are on my equipment. You may or may not hear the same.
