Shipped in a proper cardboard mailer with cardboard stiffener.
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. All items are sent using a signed for or tracked service - no exceptions! We will ship your purchase to you and provide a tracking code within 2 working days of receipt of your payment. Combined shipping rates are available at an additional £1 UK postage per additional item. In the event that courier deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and any islands are unavailable at a reasonable carriage cost, your delivery will be shipped Royal 2nd class signed for.
Returned goods are accepted up to and including 14 days from the date that you have received them. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for packing the returned item with adequate protection to ensure it arrives at the seller in saleable condition. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in unopened and sealed condition.
Damaged items must be notified along with photographic evidence of the damage within 2 working days from the date that you have received them. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed in advance by the seller.
