Description
Mega Rare LP of Ahmed Abdul-Malik - Sounds of Africa (New Jazz 8282 - mono) Original purple label edition with Bergenfield NJ address and RVG on on both sides. (no deep groove ring) Abdul-Malik's best LP also features Tommy Turrentine, Eric Dixon, Montego Joe and others in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP has marks that will make noise and with surface hiss inherent in the vinyl - they just pressed it that way - NOT for the audiophile, you will definitely hear noise on this one. The cover is in VG+ condition with general age/shelf wear and a name written on the front and back. Definitely NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).

US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, Paypal fees on mailing as well as the cost of mailers and packing materials.
