Description
Blue and silver label, deep groove. Side A, 4 tracks, includes leader, Ake Persson, trombone; Arnold Johansson,valve trombone ( on 2 tracks); Rolf Blomquist, tenor sax, Carl-Henrik, tenor sax ( on 2 tracks); Ernie Englund, trumpet ( on 2 tracks); Gunnar Svensson, piano; Yngve Akerberg, bass; Jack Noren, drums ( on 2 tracks); Allan Dawson,drums ( on 2 tracks). The record features Arne Domnerus, alto sax. He appears on Side B with leader, Persson, trombone; Bengt Hallberg, piano; Gunnar Johnson, bass; Noren, drums. This group plays on 4 tracks.
Cover: VG++ Intact and clean. Minor wear on the front cover and minor aging along the edges of the back cover. Also, on the back cover is a light, partial record ring which is barely visible.
Record: VG+ Visually shows no wear. No markings on the vinyl surface. New in appearance. On Side A there are a few light clicks and some slight groove noise which lasts for less than 1 revolution each scattered on all tracks. A similar condition occurs on Side B. The noise is somewhat more audible on Track 2, a ballad. Most noise can be attributed to the early Prestige 10" L.P. pressing. In general the noise is more subdued than other 10" L.P. pressing of this period. Most noise is very light. Audibly checked.
