Re-advertised following a member contacting me. I reviewed the vinyl & found I had made an error listing it as Near Mint. Please see below for revised grading.

Vinyl A: looks largely EX+ to me. But first 3 tracks have some tiny, very light marks which cause the odd light pop when played. I missed these in my original assessment. Apologies to all who were watching or bidding.
Vinyl B: EX+
Label A: Near Mint
Label B: Near Mint
Sleeve front: VG. Light creases to corners, price sticker from early 70’s and bottom corners & bottom edge/seam is rather worn. Please zoom on photos & decide for yourself or please email any questoins.
