Description

Up for sale an original copy of Alabama’s first LP, recorded under the name Wild country (Lesan International Inc.LSI-0275) 1006 17th Ave. SN. Nashville, Tenn. 37203. COVER is NM- Still housed in it's original entire shrink wrap with 3 breather holes. Wrap is starting to come apart a bit at right corner top as shown. The only other flaw is the opening is a bit swelled and looks worse in the picture than it really is, has sharp corners, no writing, with beautiful spines all intact and a Ultra Rare Cover for Framing. RECORD is G- I would never want to put up a vinyl record like this with the appearance and condition of it if not due to the rarity of this record. Has major scuffs and scratches throughout the entire record, some can be felt but most can't. Was play tested on my Technics turn table over three of the worst scratches I could feel and amazingly it tracked fine with a popping sound only over them, however be forewarned this may vary with a different tone arm. The rest of it played well with some crackling and pops especially between the quieter passages, but overall it was still enjoyable with the music over powering the sound. I did not clean the vinyl at all as you can see, so it needs a deep cleaning and will most likely even play better than my test results. Labels have spindle marks, but still clean and comes with original generic inner sleeve. I will start this at a very fair low bid with no reserve as the Cover alone is worth a lot more. Overseas bidders please e mail me for shipping prices before bidding, as I do insist on tracking. Thanks and Good Luck.
