Blue Goose Records catalog # 2015, stereo, copyright 1975.
A very clean copy of pianist/vocalist Adam Seidler's "The Duke of Ook" album. Seidler plays a unique blend of barrelhouse blues, old time piano jazz, and weird covers of pop tunes, all with a humorous slant.  While his performance is quite good, the true draw to this album is the cover art, done by R. Crumb.
This LP comes from a radio station library, and was played very little if at all. Sleeve has stickers front and rear, a bit of ink on the front, and a piece of colored tape on the spine for index purposes. (See photos)
