Description

Both volumes of the extremely rare Dhyana, The Art of Meditation, by Alan Watts.  These are recordings of Watts himself speaking about Dhyana and other aspects of eastern philosophy.  Watts was one of the first popularizers of eastern philosophy, especially Zen Buddhism.  Along with his deep thoughts, he was renowned for his clarity and eloquence in writing and speaking.  For more information about Alan Watts, check out the Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Watts.
The records were produced by Ascension Records in 1977.  ASC 7-2000 and ASC 7-2001.  There is no comparison - playing these is like having Alan Watts alive in your living room.
The LPs and covers are both in Near Mint condition.  As far as I can tell, the records were opened but never played.  They're still in the original shrink wrap.  You aren't going to find these in better condition, if you can find them at all.  A must have for any Buddhist buff or enlightenment guru.
