Alasdair Clayre - s/t Elektra EUK 255 from 1967 Orange label original
An interesting man, Alasdair Clayre... One of the most gifted students of his generation, his lyrics on this LP are praised for their depth and perception by Iris Murdoch, no less. Sadly he never quite realised the potential of those early years and killed himself by jumping in front of a train in 1984.
The record is in EX+ you could easily say M- condition - I can see no real marks on it at all. The labels have a few spindle marks, so it has been played, but it has been kept in fantastic condition.
The sleeve is a little less at EX, only because of some slight laminate lift on the front close to the spine and a little discolouration where the laminate has not come quite to the edge of the sleeve on the back.
