Albert Ayler (with Ronnie Gardiner, Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen, Niels Bronsted) MY NAME IS ALBERT AYLER . Fantasy 86016 Debut Series Stereo. Gold-on-blue label. Groove is impeccably free of wear, but the pressing was a little bit noisy to start with, therefore NM-.  Jacket is M-:  one felt-tip mark showing the recording date. This is the infamous issue that shows on the jacket and label the spoken introduction by AA that in fact does not appear on this LP.


Here’s the sixth of about 50 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well.  Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence.
