Description

There's Gotta Be a Change by Albert Collins (Tumbleweed Records, 1971), original issue still in shrink wrap, not a reissue. Hole punch in one corner as shown in photos. 
Record is still sealed but has been around since 1971, I'd say the record is Near Mint. The cover has some shelf wear; I'd say it's Excellent. A bump on one corner and two small tears in the shrink wrap.
