Description
This is the very rare debut by Alexander’s Timeless Bloozband, Smack 1001 (a private pressing.) Cool crude blues-rock album with a great garagy feel. Much more interesting than their more traditional album on Uni. Best song: “Sloppy Drunk” (great loud lead guitar—Stonesy/Pretty Things-like vocals.)
Cover VG (writing on front as can be seen in the scan, some staining on back cover—would be VG++ w/o writing. Record looks VG+, is playgraded as strong VG by Goldmine standards. Light fuzzy surface noise throughout, but very listenable—not loud pops and tics. Mint copies sell for $200-$250. I’ll start this lesser copy at a lower price.
