Description
Up for grabs is a very rare record for all of you Alexi Murdoch fans. I purchased a lot of records from a local grad student and this gem was stashed in the crate. I like his music but I’m auctioning it off so a genuine super-fan somewhere out there can have a chance at owning the most coveted piece of his repertoire.
The records are pressed on 180 gram black vinyl with an amazing "Compass Rose" D-side etching. It is packaged in a triple-gatefold jacket and has the original sleeves as well as Mofi poly master sleeves.
The records themselves are in mint shape as they have only been played a couple of times. They have been stored in Mofi high-end poly sleeves since taking possession. Check out the pics! I would grade the jacket as VG++. They are a few small marks and a small dog ear crease on the back corner but in overall great shape. Again, reference the pics and grade it for yourself. You’ll also receive the free digital download card, however, I’m not sure if the previous owner used it or not.
I’m not a professional record collector but I do know a solid album when I see it; this is a great find. The only other two I can find for sale is one on Discogs for 499.00 and one on EBay for 389.00. This is truly the fairest price you’re going to find.
Both records will be shipped in Mofi sleeves separate from the jacket to minimize any potential for damage. I will also insert them into a professional card board sleeve and pack it into a box padded with air-paks. I want to see this holy grail get to you in the same amazing shape it’s in now.
I will only ship priority mail due to the value of this LP and to ensure insurance coverage and delivery confirmation is provided.
If you have any questions please ask. Happy bidding!
