Description
For sale is Alice Cooper's Easy Action, originally released in 1969 on Straight Records, Los Angeles in a gate-fold presentation. I bought this new, cleaned it and immediately put this album into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve or insert that may have come with the release. There is no original inner sleeve with this listing. The cover is graded VG+ because of ring wear, corner blunts, stress cracks and a 4" split on the bottom of the back cover. The spine has color loss, especially at the ends because of these rubs. The vinyl is Excellent with only one faint surface scratch, most likely a sleeve mark. This does not affect playback. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment over the years and still has a lot of life yet. This iconic record has become hard to find in any condition and I think my copy would make a great addition to anyone's collection. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
